In 1998 the Dutch Racing Promotions Team, G-Tech Motorsport, and M-Sport Motor Racing and Promotions have combined together to race an ex-works Lotus Esprit with considerable success in the prestigious Privilege Insurance G.T. Championship. For 1999, with a commitment from all three parties already established, the plan is to run a two car Lotus G.T. team with support from further parties.
